Do you work with my accounting software?
Yes. I regularly work with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Business Cloud, Sage 50Cloud and FreeAgent and have some experience with FreshBooks. If you’re using different software, I can usually learn it. If you have never used accounting software, I can help with that too!
Do I need to live nearby or send you my receipts through the post?
No you don't — there are several ways to upload your receipts electronically into your accounting software. We can discuss the best option in our initial meeting and tweak as we go along until the process is perfected.
I'm really behind with my accounts — can you bring me up to date?
Absolutely. I’ll start with a quick assessment, then agree a catch-up plan and timeline.
Do you handle VAT, CIS, payroll or year-end accounts?
Yes. I can manage VAT and CIS returns and payroll processing that is fully compliant with Making Tax Digital (MTD), and prepare your accounts for your year-end, working directly with your accountant.

Hi, I'm Helen! I love tea before lunch and a milky coffee after lunch (oat milk, no sugar). I do enjoy a bourbon biscuit, am a proud lefty and vegan, have 3 daughters, 1 stepson, 2 cats, 1 husband, and drive a nippy Mini Clubman. I am probably autistic and definitely introverted, am studying for a BSc (Hons) Pure Mathematics & Statistics with The Open University, love dressing in bright colours, am a Sagittarius and I play the saxophone.
