How We Work

A clear four-step process, with no surprise bills

    It all starts with a free discovery telephone or video call. We will discuss your current predicament, identify the sticky areas that need attention and form a plan of action.

  2. The Plan

    I will provide a custom proposal detailing exactly what needs to be fixed, set up or taught, along with an estimate of the time required to complete the work. No surprise bills.

  3. The Solution

    I get to work. Whether it's importing data, reconciling old accounts or training your staff, I will execute the plan efficiently.

  4. The Check-In

    I will periodically check in to ensure that your accounts are behaving and running as they should be. Any interventions, tweaks or additional training are administered to give you accurate accounts.
